POLICY


Booking & Cancellation Policy


As a small business we have had to create this booking and cancellation policy in order to protect our service, cover potential loss of earnings, room rental, and to ensure we can continue to offer a successful service to our customers. We understand that often situations happen that are out of our control, and for that reason we have developed this policy with understanding and tried to be as fair as possible, which we hope is apparent.

When booking an appointment with LK Complementary Therapy, you agree to comply with our booking and cancellation policy.

Booking

When booking an appointment with LK Complementary Therapy you will be required to pay 50% of your treatment total as a deposit. Your appointment WILL NOT be confirmed until we have received your deposit. The remainder of your balance will be due on the day of your appointment. This applies to all bookings made online, via email, text message, telephone contact, and all other means of communication.

Cancellations

Cancellations by you:

If you can no longer attend your arranged appointment with LK Complementary Therapy, you MUST inform us within 72 HOURS of your agreed appointment time. If at least 72 HOURS NOTICE of cancellation is given, LK Complementary Therapy will offer a full refund of any deposits made in relation to the arranged appointment. If less than 72 hours notice is given for cancellation of appointments you will lose your deposit and NOT receive a refund.

We urge you to carefully check your diary when booking appointments with LK Complementary Therapy and set yourself a reminder to avoid disappointment.

Cancellations by us:

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your appointment due to therapist sickness or other circumstances out of our control, we will aim to give you at least 48 hours notice. In this instance you will be offered to transfer your appointment to an alternative date, a gift voucher for our services or a full refund. We will not be held liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur in the event of cancellation by us.

Non-attendance:

If you do not attend your appointment and the required notice of cancellation has not been given, you will lose your deposit and NOT receive a refund.

Running late:

If you are going to be late for an appointment we urge you to contact us where possible. Delay in treatments starting, impact the following clients appointment time and disrupts our time management for the rest of the day, so please aim to be on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
